Terms & Conditions
The rules for using RoarMath, written to be read rather than skipped: who it is for, fair play against other people, and what happens to an account.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
01. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Agile Cyber Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, covering the RoarMath app and website.
By using RoarMath, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
02. Who can use it
RoarMath is made for children, but the agreement is with an adult. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent, guardian or school, and that adult is responsible for the account.
One person per account. Do not share an account with someone else, or let anyone else use yours.
03. Using it properly
You may use RoarMath for personal, non-commercial learning. Schools may use it with their pupils.
Please do not:
- Cheat, use bots, or interfere with how scores and ranks are worked out.
- Pick a display name that is offensive, or that impersonates someone else.
- Try to break, overload, or get into parts of the service that are not yours.
- Copy, resell or rebuild the app or its content.
If someone breaks these rules we may remove a name, reset a score, or close an account. For anything serious we act straight away; otherwise we will tell you first where we reasonably can.
04. Playing against other people
In versus rooms and on leaderboards, your chosen display name and your score are visible to other players. Choose a nickname rather than a full name.
There is no messaging in RoarMath, so nobody can contact anyone through it. If you see a name that should not be there, email support@roarmath.com and we will deal with it.
05. Coins, ranks and items
Coins, crates, ranks, avatars and other items exist inside RoarMath only. They are not money, they have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
We may adjust prices, rewards and how ranks are earned as the game is balanced. If an account is closed, whatever it holds goes with it.
06. What it costs
RoarMath is free to use, and there is nothing to buy inside it. Coins are earned by playing, not bought.
If we ever introduce paid features, we will say clearly what they cost before anyone is asked to pay, only an adult will be able to buy them, and your rights to cancel or get a refund under consumer law will be unaffected.
07. Our content, and yours
The app, the artwork, the characters and the name belong to us. You get permission to use them within RoarMath, and nothing more.
Anything you make up in the app, such as a display name, stays yours. If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
08. Ending the agreement
You can stop using RoarMath at any time, and ask us to delete the account by emailing support@roarmath.com.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we close one without good reason, and you paid for something you have not received, we will refund it.
